Our day in the Missouri Supreme Court is officially set for September 2. When our legal team steps into the courtroom, they will present our strongest arguments on behalf of our tireless volunteers, the thousands of Missourians standing with us, and the rights of every voter in our state.
Your most critical task today is to broadcast a message far and wide: Missourians have a constitutional right to make their voices heard, and Amendment 6 belongs on the November ballot.
That’s why we’re launching our Yes on 6 webpage and social media shareables today to help you spread the word.

🚨 LEGAL UPDATE: Circuit Court Ruling |
Our Circuit Court trial took place on Tuesday, August 18. On Wednesday, Judge Daniel Green ruled to keep Amendment 6 off the November ballot. Respect Missouri Voters supporters immediately appealed the decision.
The case has been transferred directly to the Missouri Supreme Court and the trial is set for September 2.
We are grateful for the court's swift timeline and remain confident that the high court can set things right and ensure Amendment 6 appears on the ballot. |

Anna K brings creativity and dedication to everything she touches. She volunteered 1-2 times a week at our verification center until signature turn-in. She then transitioned to the communications team as the primary graphic designer behind our “Yes on 6” and “No on 4” logos and print items.
“Volunteering with Respect Missouri Voters feels positive and important because it's lots of different people working together,” Anna shares. “I know it's about doing what I can in my corner of the world to make things better.” Off the clock, you’ll find this proud aunt working in her garden or pursuing creative endeavors like watercolor painting. Thanks for bringing both your artistic talents and heart to our campaign, Anna!
