Last week, we showed Missouri exactly what grassroots power looks like. Together, we formed a box brigade, passing 217 boxes of petitions hand-to-hand into the Secretary of State’s office. Every box that moved down the line was a testament to what we can achieve when we show up for each other.

We know the question on everyone’s mind: Do we have enough signatures? The honest answer is that we are confident we will have enough, but we are still counting and can’t leave anything to chance. 

Today, April 19, marks a big milestone in our campaign: the internal deadline for volunteer gatherers to turn in signatures at a notary event. As we complete the final stages of processing and verifying every single petition, we know there are still many signatures out there in the community. We cannot leave a single name on the table.

To close this gap, our focus for the coming week is simple: Phone Banking!

We are launching an effort to call each and every gatherer to ensure every signature on every petition sheet gets notarized and turned into the campaign.

We have one week left.

Last week, 421 volunteer gatherers delivered 19,000 signatures in just 7 days. Now, imagine the impact if all 1,646 of us who have collected signatures are on the ground at the same time.

We CAN reach our goal. It isn't about working harder; it’s about all of us working at once.

The Missouri Secretary of State’s May 3rd petition turn-in deadline is fixed. To ensure every signature is vetted, our internal deadline for signatures is April 19th. We have 21 days left.

If this initiative matters to you, we need you to gather signatures. If we don't hit our targets, the work of thousands of volunteers and the rights of millions of Missourians are put at risk. We are counting on you to take two steps this week.

When people are frustrated with politicians who aren't listening, they look for a way to take a very real, tangible action. That’s why we are gathering signatures at the upcoming No Kings 3 Protests on March 28 and the Municipal Elections on April 7 to meet voters where they are. 

Our presence is about one thing: access. We believe that no matter why a voter is frustrated, they deserve a concrete way to take action. Signing this petition is that step. It’s the most effective tool available to ensure Missourians, not politicians, have the final say. We're at 194,000 signatures - let's rally together to keep that number going up!

With our April 19 signature deadline closing in, we’re launching a Statewide Mega Canvass Weekend this March 21 and 22. 

Never canvassed before? No problem! It’s simply knocking on doors to help neighbors sign our petition. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to be a pro on the doorstep. We’re looking for new gatherers to join, so bring a friend or forward this email to five people you know. 

The momentum is shifting in our favor, but we must gather signatures faster. With 42 days remaining, we are entering an "All Hands on Deck" phase. We need everyone back in the field gathering signatures. If you took a break over the winter, now is the time to reengage. If you haven’t gathered before, please sign up for a training.

Our strongest tool in this campaign is the truth. In Missouri, we are seeing a deliberate attempt by politicians to cloud ballot issues with confusing language and dishonesty. This is a direct attack on your right to make informed decisions.

Spreading the word is our best line of defense. We don’t have massive budgets to flood the airwaves, but we have something they can’t buy: YOU! We are asking you to be the voice of clarity and to ensure our message reaches every corner of Missouri.

 Many of you have asked: Do we have a path to qualify for the ballot?

The answer is YES. We have the plan; now we need the commitment to action!

We are nearing completion in Districts 1, 2, and 5—but every signature from these districts is still worthwhile. To secure our spot on the ballot, we need to increase signature gathering resources in Districts 3, 4, and 7 where you and your incredible work will determine our success.

Make sure your signatures count!

Before they sign, confirm the voter’s county — St. Louis City and St. Louis County are different — and make sure all four county spots are completed. And when notarizing, double-check that the signature gatherer's state is written in. One missed detail can cost us an entire sheet.

We've officially crossed the halfway mark toward our signature goal, and the finish line is in sight. With 70 days left until our April 19th signature gathering wrap-up deadline, we need to use the gift of warmer weather to pick up the signature gathering pace. We're asking everyone to step up and take these actions this week.

We have just 2½ months left to collect enough signatures to qualify for the ballot. Now is the moment to step into our communities and talk with our neighbors. Every signature strengthens our voice. Every day brings us closer.

To ensure Missourians keep the freedom to decide our own future, our strategy has to follow the math. We must meet signature requirements in at least six of Missouri’s eight congressional districts. Right now, that means we need to significantly strengthen our signature counts in Congressional Districts 3, 4, 6, and 7.

As we prepare to observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we’re reminded of a powerful truth: democracy demands more than a vote—it requires our voices.

That’s why we’re relaunching our Letter to the Editor (LTE) Program this week. Writing to your local paper is one of the most effective ways to shape the conversation in your community and hold Missouri leadership accountable—especially when it’s timely and personal.

With our town halls just around the corner, we are grounded by a simple truth: real change begins with a single conversation. That initial, one-on-one connection is the spark that brings people to the table, turning curious neighbors into the volunteers who power this movement.

To reach this goal, scaling our signature gathering volunteer force is our #1 priority and so we are launching two key initiatives in 2026 to grow our movement and give every volunteer the tools they need to succeed:

As we head into the New Year, our goal is clear: grow from 1,200 to 2,000 active signature gatherers with ink on paper. The fastest way to get there is through Micro-Collectors—friends, family members, and supporters who are willing to collect just 10–20 signatures from their immediate circle: a book club, a gym, a neighborhood, a holiday gathering.
