- These politicians repealed paid sick leave and minimum wage cost-of-living increases (repealed part of Prop A, passed by citizen initiative with 57%)
- They put a near-total abortion ban with tricky language on the ballot (to undo a constitutional amendment, Amendment 3, that passed by citizen initiative with 52%)
Missouri is one of only 11 states with NO law banning the legislature from overturning citizen initiatives.
