Show Me Today: Campaign works to ban Missouri lawmakers from overturning voter-approved ballot measures (LISTEN)

A message often heard this year is that Missouri Republican lawmakers are trying to overturn the will of voters by passing measures designed to restrict most abortions and repealing paid sick leave requirements.

Alisa Nelson talks to Benjamin Singer, with “Respect Missouri Voters” Coalition, who says the campaign hopes to begin gathering signatures in July, to ban lawmakers from continuing to overturn what voters have voted for.
