As the year comes to a
close, this is our moment to turn momentum into inevitability. In just a few months,
1,200 volunteer signature gatherers have delivered more than 123,000
signatures. Our dedicated verification team reports that our
signatures are validating at a rate nearly 20 percentage points higher
than typical campaigns.
This advantage comes from
you, the volunteers who are gathering each day. Because we rely on
trained, committed volunteers—not paid firms—our gatherers emphasize care and
accuracy at every step. Volunteers in the field take time to answer questions,
encourage clear and complete information, and ensure signers are registered
voters. That attention to detail is why the signatures we collect
stick.
But quality alone isn’t enough.
To lock in our place on the ballot, we must
scale—quickly.
As we head into the New
Year, our goal is clear: grow from 1,200 to 2,000 active signature
gatherers with ink on paper. The fastest way to get there is through
Micro-Collectors—friends, family members, and supporters who
are willing to collect just 10–20 signatures from their
immediate circle: a book club, a gym, a neighborhood, a holiday
gathering.
If you’re seeing friends or
family over the holidays, ask one person to step up. Direct
them to respectmovoters.org/training.
This allows them to watch our training video, get registered as a
gatherer, and take the quiz. Once this is complete, they'll receive
information about where to pick up their blank petitions. Don't hesitate to
follow up with them to see if they have questions or need any more help getting
started.
One conversation. One new
gatherer. Ten signatures at a time.
This is how we finish
December strong—and start January ready to win. Let’s turn the
page and build the team we need to secure the ballot and show politicians they
still have to respect the voice of Missouri voters.

To better support our
statewide movement, we're hiring 2-3 Field Organizers. These organizers will not
be directly gathering signatures; instead, their mission is to recruit, train,
and support our volunteers with a specific emphasis on the districts where we
need more support.
If you are interested in
applying or know someone who’d be a great fit, find detailed job descriptions
and application instructions at the links below.

Can you hit 50
signatures in December?
We set a campaign goal for
every individual to collect 50 signatures this month. How close are you to the
finish line? Take a moment today to make a plan for these final days of the year
whether it’s one last community event or a few more conversations with
neighbors, every signature brings us closer to the ballot!
