June 14, Kansas City (left), field supplies (right) You may have heard, with an overwhelming vote of 104 Respect MO Voters volunteers who attended our Virtual Policy Summits this past Tuesday, we’ve decided to strengthen and file new versions of our policy. New versions will incorporate input from our expanded attorney team and coalition partners to ban MO politicians from overturning our votes. Now we have LOTS to do to seize the momentum you've built and get ready to gather signatures, starting around the end of August!  We need more volunteers to help coordinate fellow volunteers in your area. There are many ways to help us find them—here's one: Call to Action Make Good Trouble: sign up volunteers this Thursday! There’s a lot of energy out in the streets, let’s get out there, take it in, and help others who feel it too direct their energy towards organized action. People are engaged and ready to get involved, take this opportunity to let them know about Respect MO Voters' plan to preserve our power. Here's what to do: 1. Print some signup sheets  2. Print some flyers (the quarter or sixth page options will save paper) 3. Find your Good Trouble event and sign people up at it! 4. Send a picture of your signups to outreach@respectvoters.org or let us know if you need help. 5. If you want to do it as a team, email outreach@respectvoters.org and we'll do our best to connect you with someone else going. Please include the name of the city where you want to attend.  6. If you want to be in one of these roles, let us know at field@respectvoters.org!  Remember: volunteers can also sign up at respectMOvoters.org. She did an AMAZING job planning and facilitating our recent policy summit and even had to make some last minute updates to her plan over the holiday weekend. She enjoys fact checking and quilting in her down time.
