Missouri, we are seeing a deliberate
attempt by politicians to cloud ballot
issues with confusing language and
dishonesty. This is a direct attack on

True/False Film Festivalin priority districts.
But we can’t leave districts
1,
2, and
5 behind. We still
need every volunteer to mobilize in
their own backyards to close out these
districts.

Based on what we heard from our
volunteers in the field, we made the
suggestion that gatherers start
leading with one simple line:
"Will you sign this petition to
require the language that
politicians put on ballots to be
clear, fair, and easy to
understand
so Missourians know exactly what
we’re voting on?"

Our movement is as grassroots as it
gets.
98% of our contributors and 78% of
our funding come from right here in
Missouri.
To make sure we qualify for the
ballot, our February All-Hands
volunteers voted to bring on paid
signature gatherers. Now it’s all
about finishing strong.

We need to reach a goal of
$1.2 million by April 30. With over $900k already raised, we
are
less than $300k away.
