With our April 19 signature deadline closing in, we’re launching a Statewide Mega Canvass Weekend this March 21 and 22.
Never canvassed before? No problem! It’s simply knocking on doors to help neighbors sign our petition. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to be a pro on the doorstep. We’re looking for new gatherers to join, so bring a friend or forward this email to five people you know.
How the Weekend Works: -
Central Hubs: Meet for a quick training, before you head out with a buddy. Notaries will be on-site when you're done gathering.
- Flexible Shifts: Morning and afternoon slots are available both days. Partial shifts are welcome!
-
Targeted Action: We’ve mapped out friendly neighborhoods and voters who haven’t signed yet to ensure your time is used efficiently.
Sign up for a shift for Mega Canvass Weekend. |

Download the app (Android, iPhone) and create an account now so you’re ready to receive a list of addresses at the mega canvass hub. We'll have support available on-site if you have any tech issues.
Push to the Finish!
Close out districts 1, 2, and 5. If you live in the St. Louis or Kansas City area, lets use St. Patrick’s Day events and Mega Canvass Weekend to push these districts to completion.

Signature Gatherer Pro Tip |
|
|
| When canvassing, don’t let "No Soliciting" signs stop you! Since petitioning is a protected First Amendment right, those signs do not apply to us.
We aren't selling a vacuum or a service. We are helping Missourians exercise their right to make their voice heard. Keep knocking! |

Did you know? A higher number of signatures are collected the week after we have higher turnout at our phone banking events.

Mary Martin was nominated for her cheerful spirit and ability to bring in local businesses and her church to support the campaign. When she's not volunteering, she's active in her church and spending time with her grandsons.
Her tip for signature gathering: a friendly approach goes a long way. If she's on Main Street in St Charles, she opens with "Are you a Missouri voter?", then follows up with "Have you had a chance to sign the Respect Missouri Voters petition yet?" If they engage, she will tell them the 3 things the amendment covers, ask what county they're registered in, and offer them the petition to sign. Keep up the great work, Mary! |
